Description

This dataset contains processed time-resolved three-dimensional (3D) PET measurements of normalised total tracer concentration during single-phase solute transport through microporous Ketton Limestone at a constant flow rate of 10 mL/min, together with a MATLAB script for plotting the 3D concentration fields at selected frames. The data comprise 19 concentration fields used for the model–experiment comparisons presented in the associated publication, "Three-dimensional imaging and prediction of multiphase flow and solute transport in microporous limestone." Each frame comprises 22x41x41 voxels, with total tracer concentration reported per unit total pore volume and normalised by the injected concentration. Further details of the data structure, voxel dimensions, and plotting procedure are provided in the accompanying README file.
